He only appears purple on camera because when you desaturate blue it can look purple, and in the custom night menu he has a purple light shining in him so it makes him look purple. Scott copyrighted him as purple tho. But if you actually use the color tool to inspect what color he actually is, he is blue. It's not like the other fnafs where the background is erased and it's just the jumpscare, for some reason Scott had the background as part of their jumpscare, and when the power goes out, the office changed to dark.
